FROM BASQUE WITH LOVE ships domestically using Australia Post. We offer free shipping on all orders above $99 throughout Australia. All orders will be dispatched as quickly as we can pack them! (within 2 working days of your order being placed). Orders placed after business hours or over the weekend will not be sent out until the next business day.
Delivery via Australia Post within Australia takes between 2-5 working days after the order has been dispatched depending on your location. Should you have any questions relating to the progress of your order please contact us on info@frombasquewithlove.com.

Return Policy

If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us on info@frombasquewithlove.com within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened we will arrange the correct product to be sent at no additional cost. We do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes or incorrect products ordered. In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received or is faulty in some way, FROM BASQUE WITH LOVE will replace the product at no additional cost.
