COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Mix equal parts of couscous and boiling water along with 2 tablespoons of olive oil or butter in a bowl, swirl around, and cover for 5 minutes. Fluff the couscous with a fork before serving (adding extra oil or butter is optional).

Serve on its own or as an accompaniment to meat, chicken, fish, or vegetables.
