This dessert would be the perfect gluten free version of the Christmas pudding, the cinnamon, orange, almonds and sultanas bring all the festive flavours onto the table
Serves: 4 Prep time: 5 min Cooking time: 30 min
Ingredients:
1 packet of our Moroccan rice pudding
2 tbs of butter
1 litre of milk
1 tin of peaches
Method:
-Grilled the peaches with a little bit of butter.
-Add the butter to a medium sauce pan followed by the contents of the packet and a litre of milk.
-Stir every now and then for 20 minutes et voila!, the magic just happens.
