COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

In a 30cm saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the contents of the packet and fry for 1 minute. Then, add 3 1/2 cups of water and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, with the lid off, or until the liquid has been absorbed.

Serve on its own or as an accompaniment to a tagine, meat, or fish. It’s seriously delicious served with our Moroccan lentils.
