INGREDIENTS: Puy lentils, garlic, shallots, salt, our secret blend of Indian spices and love.


  1. In a 30cm saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the contents of the packet and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Then, add 5 cups of boiling water and 4 tablespoons of diced tomatoes, and cook for 50 minutes or until the lentils are done and the gravy is thickened. Add extra water if needed.
  4. For extra flavour, add sweet potato and cauliflower along with the water, and fresh spinach and coconut cream for the last 5 minutes.
